Salwanee Hajisamea was born in Pattani in 1986. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts from the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus. She is currently an independent artist that creates art relating to and about women. It was affected by the unrest in the Deep south. Use embroidery technique. Come on. And developed into the creation of art called "Patani Kitchen" with her personal experience. And people focus on food. Do not neglect her local food and raw materials. It inspired her to convey the story of cooking and eating in the Patani area. The wisdom of food from a generation to new generation. It represents a unique place in the Patani area.

ซัลวาณี หะยีสะแม เกิดที่จังหวัดปัตตานีเมื่อพ.ศ 2529 เธอจบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีจากสาขาทัศนศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี   ปัจจุบันเธอเป็นศิลปินอิสระ สร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะที่เกี่ยวกับผู้หญิง ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบในพื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ โดยใช้เทคนิคเย็บปัก มาอย่างต่อเนื่อง และพัฒนามาสู่การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะ ชื่อ “ครัวปาตานี” ด้วยประสบการณ์ ความรู้สึก ส่วนตัวของเธอ และการที่ผู้คนให้ความสำคัญกับอาหารการกิน  การไม่ละเลยความเป็นอาหารพื้นบ้านและวัถถุดิบพื้นบ้านของตนเอง เป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้เธอต้องการถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวของการทำอาหารและการกินของผู้คนในพื้นที่ปาตานี ภูมิปัญญาด้านอาหารที่ถ่ายทอดจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น แสดงให้เห็นความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ในพื้นที่ปาตานี
